After finding a love for politics whilst in lockdown, Daniel decided to create "The Democratists" in order to publish a plethora of articles surrounding his, and others, political views. He currently holds an offer to read International Relations and Japanese in London and Tokyo.

Growing up surrounded by constant political instability in Northern Ireland, there hasn't been a moment in Diana's life where politics has not played an important part. From protests regarding abortion or trans rights, Diana is regularly seen in public defend the liberties of the people.

With a passion for writing and social justice, Ewan uses this to drive him to seek out the why and how to current issues facing our world. From engaging with political representatives and activists to attending protests, they’re committed to a better future for all.

Raised amongst a great juxtaposition of cultures - Indian, English, and even American - Jai found his political views challenged constantly as he grew up. This is what catalysed his passion for politics, surrounded by debate from a young age. He writes now to encourage open discussion about important issues of the modern world.
